SEMEANDO 2010In commemoration of 20 years of struggle and resistance, the Grupo Semente do Jogo de Angola will be hosting the VII International Capoeira Angola Encounter in Salvador and on the island of Caixa Pregos, Bahia, in 2010.
It will also be the inauguration of the home of the group on the island of Caixa Prega and the release of the book “Jogo de Angola – Mestre Jogo de Dentro, Vida e Obra”.
Beyond this, there will be capoeira angola, samba de roda, percussion, and afro-dance workshops as well as video screenings.
There will be various mestres, friends and those responsible for each affiliate of the group present at the event.
